Lindsay Lohan is ready to spill her guts in a new interview.
The “Liz and Dick” star, who recently said she was cutting her father Michael out of her life after he leaked a phone conversation, is ready to sit down with Barbara Walters to discuss her personal life and career.
Lohan has known “The View” co-host since she was a child and Walters reached out to her after she signed on to play the role of the late Elizabeth Taylor in the upcoming biopic.
The 26-year-old actress is attempting to get her career back on track after several rehab stints and legal problems, which include theft and a DUI.
Insiders reveal Lindsay is anxious about doing the intimate interview which will cover all aspects of her private and professional life but adds that she trusts Barbara won’t be too hard on her because she is a close friend of her family.
The interview will reportedly take place sometime over the next several weeks to coincide with the release of “Liz and Dick” on November 3.
Lindsay Lohan recently spoke out about her anger at her father, saying she doesn’t want anything to do with him after he betrayed her trust again.
She said, “I’m done with him. He doesn’t know what it means to be a father. He doesn’t want to be a dad.”
During the taped phone call, Lindsay is heard telling Michael that her mother Dina was on cocaine, but she later insisted she lied and was just pissed during their argument.
