Former child star Amanda Bynes is apparently on a downward spiral.

Bynes was spotted by photographers from TMZ driving around for hours on Tuesday on a suspended license while smoking marijuana.

The actress is shown toking on a pipe that is made to look just like a standard cigarette lighter.

In one picture, you can see the remnants of marijuana in her car’s cup holder.

Amanda was followed as she smoked it up on the pipe before getting the munchies and stopping by Baja Fresh in the San Fernando Valley.

Bynes sat in the parking lot of the restaurant chowing down.

She then headed to a spa where she spent several hours.

Bynes then drove around for a few hours aimlessly, cutting off other drivers and violating several traffic laws.

Amanda Bynes then went to Home Depot where she smoked more weed and went in to purchase a few colored light bulbs.

The photographic evidence is certainly not going to help Bynes’ legal problems.

The DMV reportedly suspended her license on August 25th after she refused to take a sobriety test when arrested for a DUI in the spring.

Amanda Bynes has also been charged for two hit and runs recently.

Bynes has an arraignment on those charges on Sept. 27 in Van Nuys. The charges carry a maximum sentence of six months in jail and/or a $1,000 fine for each count. The sentence can run consecutively, i.e. one year and/or a $2,000 fine.
