Bynes’ driving privileges were suspended last week after she was charged with two counts of hit-and-run and faces a DUI charge.
On Wednesday, a judge banned her from driving after she was photographed smoking weed and driving erratically in Los Angeles on Tuesday.
But, Amanda was back behind the wheel a day after the judge’s ruling and rear-ended a car in a parking lot on Sunset Boulevard on Thursday.
The “Hairspray” star was being hounded by two TMZ cameramen when she tapped the bumper of the car in front of her. The driver’s did not exchange insurance information.
Police say Amanda Bynes “scares the s***” out of them, insisting “the public should be afraid of her.”
Sources close to Bynes reveal the actress has a substance abuse problem but refuses to seek treatment.
The insider stated, “She’s obviously crying out for help, but isn’t ready to receive it,” one source told the gossip site. “She seems to be having some serious mental health issues and she’s always out of it. She really doesn’t seem to be in touch with reality.”
