Amanda Bynes’ car was impounded yesterday after the troubled star was caught driving with a suspended license yet again.
The 26-year-old actress was pulled over in her black BMW at around 9 A.M. in the Burbank, California, area by a police officer for driving with a suspended license.
The star’s vehicle was impounded and Bynes was giving a citation, according to Burbank police.
“I can confirm that Amanda Bynes was cited at approximately 8:20 a.m. Sunday for driving with a suspended license,” Victor Gill of the Burbank Airport Police confirmed.
“Her car was impounded and she received a misdemeanor citation. She was not arrested. I believe she was by herself. This occurred on Hollywood Way, just south of the main entrance to the Bob Hope Airport.”
This is the second time this month that the former Nickelodeon star was pulled over for driving on a suspended license, prompting another troubled star to give her two cents on the matter.
“Mean Girls” actress Lindsay Lohan, who spent 23 days in the slammer after she violated her probation after a DUI, took to Twitter to vent her anger at authorities being too lenient on Amanda Bynes.
Lindsay wrote, “Why did I get put in jail and a nickelodeon star has had NO punishment(s) so far? + (sic)”
Lohan later added, “These are the moments that I appreciate my life experiences, living without regrets and Disney for supporting me as an actress-night all* (sic)”
