Britney Spears’ fiance Jason Trawick has been approved as a conservator, working alongside her father Jamie.

The 30-year-old singer (as well as her finances) have been under the legal control of her father Jamie since her very public meltdown in 2008. But now her fiance will have a say in her well-being.

Her father, Jamie, and her lawyer Andrew Wallet will continue to control Brit’s financial and business affairs but her dad is said to be very pleased about Jason’s inclusion.

Jamie’s lawyer Geraldine Wyle stated, “Jamie’s thrilled. It’s all in the family,” before adding that the request to add Trawick was from the singer and not her father.

Spears, who has two sons, Sean Preston, six, and five-year-old Jayden with ex-husband Kevin Federline, is ready to have her conservatorship totally lifted, but that will come once her doctors feel she is ready.
