Lindsay was asked at the courthouse today, “This will be the last time we see you in front of a judge?”, to which she replied, “Yes”.
The actress plans to celebrate by having dinner with her sister, Ali.
Lohan appeared in court in a teal-colored pants suit with her hair in a ponytail.
The 25-year-old actress smiled as she heard the judge declare, “Probation ends today.” But, Lindsay will remain on unsupervised probation until May 24, 2014, for taking a necklace without permission last year.
“I don’t expect to see you again,” Judge Sautner told Lindsay.
“I want to thank you for being fair,” Lohan stated. “It’s really opened a lot of doors … I really appreciate it.”
“The only terms left for you on that case are to obey all laws. Not that hard,” Sautner stated.
“I know it’s kind of hard with people following you all over the place. . .but that’s the life you chose. I’m not going to give a lecture because you know what you need to do,” Sautner told Lohan. “You need to live your life in a more mature way. Stop the nightclubbing and focus on your work.”
Lindsay’s rep confirmed that her comeback would continue with a special appearance on “Glee”, playing herself as a celebrity judge at the Nationals.
Lohan has already also signed on to play the role of Elizabeth Taylor in a forthcoming biopic for Lifetime.
Let’s all hope Lindsay is finally on the right track now!
