Actress Michelle Williams is dating “Forgetting Sarah Marshall” cutie Jason Segel!
“My Week With Marilyn” star Michelle Williams, 31, and the “How I Met Your Mother” actor Jason Segel, 32, have been friends for years but are now a couple.
A source said Michelle and Jason are “smitten and very serious”.
Segel and Williams were recently photographed taking a walk in Brooklyn after enjoying dinner at Frankie’s Spuntino March 24.
Jason had his arm around Michelle and “made her laugh as they walked.”
The following day, Jason was photographed hanging out with Michelle’s daughter, Matilda, age 6, from her romance with the late actor Heath Ledger.
The new couple were spotted together at L.A.’s Chateau Marmont last month and at West Hollywood’s Comme Ca on March 16.
Segel is still based in Los Angeles and Michelle lives in New York.
But, they are “trying to make it work”.
The source adds, “She hasn’t been this happy in a long time.”
The new couple is said to be longtime friends through Williams’ best friend and Segel’s “Freaks and Geeks” costar Busy Philipps.
