Denise Richards has become a mom for the third time after she adopted a newborn baby girl, whom she named after her late mother.

Former Bond girl Denise Richards, 40, adopted a baby girl from the United States.

Richards already is mom to Sam, 7, and Lola, 5, from her marriage to actor Charlie Sheen.   Denise was married to Charlie from 2002 to 2006.

And now she’s added another little girl to her family!   There will be lots of estrogen in that home!

Denise’s rep confirms the adoption, stating, “Eloise Joni Richards is named after Denise’s mom (Joni), and Denise and her daughters Sami and Lola chose the name Eloise. Denise and Eloise’s big sisters couldn’t be happier and feel incredibly blessed.”

Denise’s mother passed away four years ago after battling cancer.
