“In Plain Sight” actress Nichole Hiltz was arrested earlier today for suspicion of child neglect. The actresses’ child was placed into protective custody.
Police were called to Nichole’s home over a disturbance. But once cops responded, they decided to take the child into protective custody.
Hiltz was arrested and booked on suspicion of misdemeanor child neglect at around 3:30 a.m. But was later released.
An attorney for Nichole released a statement, reading, “It was an unfortunate misunderstanding. No charges have been filed and absolutely no harm was done to the child.”
