John Edwards’ former aide Andrew Young and his wife Cheri are facing 75 days in jail if they do not return the John Edwards sex tape to a North Carolina Superior Court judge by Friday.  Read more on this story below.

Andrew Young and wife Cheri will be facing jail time of 75 days if they refuse to hand over the sex tape of John Edwards and his former mistress Rielle Hunter.  Hunter has a lawsuit against Young for invasion of privacy and is demanding that all copies of the tape be returned.

Andrew Young reportedly gave a copy of the sex tape to the FBI in February, but reportedly has the original tape in a safe deposit box in Atlanta.

Young has refused to hand over the original tape that he found in Rielle Hunter’s house after she moved out.

The FBI is investigating if John Edwards used campaign funds to conceal his affair with Rielle Hunter, and Edwards could be indicted soon.
