The Bachelor stars Jason Mesnick and Molly Malaney got married on Saturday afternoon at Terranea Resort in Rancho Palos Verdes, California. Read more and see photos of Jason and Molly’s wedding below.

Although it poured down rain at the end of the ceremony, Jason Mesnick and Molly Malaney had a gorgeous wedding.

Their ceremony took place on a lawn at Terranea Resort in California, overlooking the ocean. Jason Mesnick and Molly Malaney were married under an altar made of tree branches, white lillies and orchids. Molly wore a strapless Monique Lhuillier gown and held an all-white bouquet. The bride walked down the aisle as American Idol alum Jason Castro performed “Somewhere Over the Rainbow.”

As the couple were reading their vows, the rain just start pouring.  But the couple remained in good spirits and had a laugh as they were drenched.  After Jason and Molly were married, Castro sang “That’s What I’m Here For.”

Their wedding will be shown in a two-hour ABC special on March 8. Wedding guests included another former Bachelor stars Trista and Ryan Sutter. Melissa Rycroft, the “final rose” recipient, that was dumped on national television by Jason Mesnick, was not present at the wedding.

“I’ve never been a girl who has had her wedding planned for years,” Malaney, 25, stated last year.

Jason Mesnick, 33 had said, “We don’t want an hour-long ceremony and assigned seating and fancy food. I’d rather have people walk away saying That was the most fun, badass wedding I’ve ever been to!’”

Mesnick proposed to Malaney on Oct. 21 at the Kohara Lodge in Queenstown, New Zealand, the location where they their “overnight date” on the show. “That’s where we fell in love,” Mesnick explained.

The couple have been living together in Seattle since late September.  Molly seems to adore Ty, Mesnick’s five-year-old son from a previous marriage. “I love listening to what he did at school,” Malaney gushed about her stepson. “I’m someone he can come to if he needs anything.”
