“American Chopper” Paul Teutul Suing Son Paul Teutal, Jr.
The father/son duo from the television show “American Chopper”, are in a dirty lawsuit with father Paul Teutul wanting a million from his son Paul M. Teutul. Read more on the lawsuit below.
Paul Teutul, Sr. is suing his son Paul M. Teutul, claiming there was a deal between them in which the father could purchase his son’s stock in their motorcycle company, Orange County Choppers Holdings, Inc.
Paul Teutul sent his son a letter stating that he was exercising the option to buy his son’s stock. But Paul M. Teutul wouldn’t agree.
And Paul Teutul is also suing Orange County Choppers, Inc.
In the lawsuit, Teutul, Sr. is suing his son for damages in excess of $1 million, and also wants an order from the judge to force his son to give up the stock in question.

The old man with new wife and very big ego,was never able to deal with his anger and past family matter.Told to the media he was a active/angry drunk for long time before he did sober up 25 years ago.He does claim AA saved his life.But I think he never really did the A.A. 4 & 5 step.That usally leads to be a “Dry Drunk” he anyway acts like one.Good for JR to move on,,,he really does not need the old man to scream at him no more…Free at last!!

Honestly, without the creativity of Paul Jr. the OCC company is bound to fail. They are millions of dollars in debt, have already laid people off, and just don’t have the staying power of major bike companies. Why? Because their bikes are not good quality. Anyone who has an OCC bike and the people in the industry knows the OCC production bikes are not good.
The creative process and cutting edge style was what separated OCC from the crowd. When Paul Jr. left it went with him. Shortly after that Vinnie and Cody leave to start Vinnie’s shop. Vinnie and Cody left because of senior too, regardless of what people think. If Paul Sr. had taken care of Vinnie he would have stayed. He was totally taken advantage of by Paul Sr.
Has anyone noticed that everyone gets pushed away by Paul Sr.? It is no coincidence that 3 of his sons do not talk to him. At some point people need to stop blaming everyone but him. 1 failed marriage, pushed out Cody and Vinnie, 3 failed relationships with sons, and an absentee father. It is Paul Sr. that is the issue with OCC. Paul Jr. has faults too, but he brought OCC to the top. People that doubt that are just ignorant.
