Randy and Evi Quaid are now wanted after skipping their fifth court date that stems from an unpaid hotel bill. Read more on felony fugitives Evi and Randy Quaid below.

Actor Randy Quaid and wife Evi were supposed to appear on Tuesday before a judge to face charges for their unsettled $10,000 hotel bill from the luxury San Ysidro Ranch in Santa Barbara, California.

But once again the strange couple failed to appear in court and are now considered felony fugitives after the presiding judge issued warrants for their arrest.

Randy and Evi Quaids bail was posted at $20,000 each in September and had paid that amount again in November after missing the fourth court date.

Now the judge has issued arrest warrants for the Quaids with a new bail of $40,000 each. And because of skipping their court date, they have also now forfeited the $40k bond that they put up last month.

What the hell is up with these two?
