David Hasselhoff Rushed To Hospital After Suffering Seizure (Photos)
David Hasselhoff was admitted to hospital on Friday (27Nov09) after he suffered a seizure. Read more on David Hasselhoff’s condition below.
The former Baywatch star’s daughter, Hayley, called 911 after discovering her father David Hasselhoff was suffering a seizure.
Hasselhoff was taken to Los Angeles’ Cedars-Sinai Medical Center by ambulance for treatment.
Hasselhoff’s neighbour, named Christian stated, “I asked one of the paramedics how David was doing and he told me his eyes were rolling back into his head, he was drooling and that he’d had a seizure. This isn’t the first time this has happened to him.”
Los Angeles’ City Fire Department confirms: “Paramedics were called to (a house) in Encino for medical aid. Paramedics arrived at approximately 11:51 am and later transported the patient a nearby hospital.”
David Hasselhoff, 57, who has a long history of alcoholism, had reportedly been drinking in the past two days and saw one of his doctors on Wednesday after he came back home from a trip to Canada.
Hasselhoff was in rehab this past October after he accidentally hit a doctor during a booze binge. Hasselhoff was also hospitalised on two separate occasions this year after suffering from alcohol poisoning.
