DMX Sued For $1 Million For Backing Out Of MMA Fight

Rapper DMX is being sued for $1 million for backing out of a celebrity boxing match when he learned the fight would not be fixed and he’d get his a** beat! Read more on the lawsuit against DMX below.

DMX’s agreement to fight in mixed martial arts celebrity match and then backing out will cost him a million! DMX was set to fight MMA’s Eric Martinez.

The rapper, whose real name is Earl Simmons, backed out after learning that the fight would not be fixed and he’d get his butt beat.

Thunder Promotions filed papers in court onFriday November 20 against the rapper in Birmingham County Court. According to the court documents, the promotion company claims DMX’s cancellation has caused them to lose a bundle of money and they are suing for $1 million dollars.

Rapper Coolio is reportedly set to take his place.

This isn’t DMX’s only financial issue, he also owes the government $1.5 million in back taxes.
