NYC Foot Model Christina Ambers Sues Apartment Building Over Her “Doorman” Husband

A hand and foot model in New York City, Christina Ambers, has filed a lawsuit against her upscale apartment building claiming the co-op board is trying to force her out after she married their former doorman.  Read more on Christina Amber’s lawsuit below.

Christina Ambers filed a $10 million lawsuit in Manhattan Supreme Court against residents and the management of the East 74th Street building called the “Avon House”.

Ambers claims in her lawsuit that her husband, Angel Rotger, was fired and she was made to hail her own taxis and pick up her own packages after she and the doorman became romantically involved.

The suit claims the residents have a problem with “a Hispanic former porter” living in the apartment building.

Ambers and Rotger married in July.

Joe Colbert, the apartment building lawyer, says the claims have “no merit.”
