Shaniya Davis Autopsy Results Cause of Death Is Asphyxiation & 5 Yr. Old Was Raped

Little five-year old Shaniya Davis’ cause of death is asphyxiation and the autopsy revealed the precious little girl was raped. Mario Andrette McNeill was charged with rape and first degree murder in addition to first degree kidnapping charges.
McNeill has been kept in isolation since he surrendered to authorities on November 13, 2009, after he was shown on video carrying Shaniya Davis in a hotel.
Shaniya Davis’ mother, Antoinette Nicole Davis (who is reportedly currently pregnant), faces charges of human trafficking, and child abuse involving prostitution.
Some sources report that Antoinette Davis gave Shaniya to Mario McNeill as a way to pay off unpaid drug debts.
This is such a sad story…

This is just so wrong. What that poor baby must have gone through. As a parent, I can’t even imagine how this monster could do this to her own child. No punishment is harsh enough for her.

These ppl are such heartless creatures i mean how could you do this to a child?? What evil is upon us… No one, child or adult should be subjected to what Shaniya Davis has been subjected to. The pain of this little angel should be felt everyday by her mother. I blame the mother largely for this how can you carry a child so close to your heart for nine months feeding it, watching it grow and delivering watching it take its first breath and do such harm to it?? You deserve maximum punishment!! And the father you are so careless to leave that beautiful baby with a crackhead!!! How can you trust a person who you dont even know a product of a one night stand with a life??? How could you give her to her mother knowing she was a crackhead?? My heart goes out to Shaniya and may this beautiful angel rest in peace. And may we all learn from this horrific tragedy.
