Charla Nash, the Connecticut woman  that was mauled and blinded after a 200-pound chimpanzee named Travis attacked her in February will be on today’s “The Oprah Winfrey Show.” Read more and see before and after pictures of Charla Nash below.

Charla Nash, the woman attacked by Travis the Chimp, will be on Wednesday’s Oprah Winfrey show.  Nash will talk to Oprah about how she is adjusting and how she maintains her spirit.

The chimpanzee named Travis went berserk when his owner asked Charla Nash to help lure him back into her house in Stamford, Connecticut.

   I think I’m the only person who does not feel an ounce of sympathy for this women. If there is a crazed chimp who has been given drugs running around, I would contact the correct authorities to deal with it and not take matters into my own hands.

   It’s a shame that the animal was shot & killed, because this monkey could still be alive and this woman wouldn’t look like a complete freak if they had just picked up a phone.

   Why is it, that people are still allowed to have exotic animals as pets? This wasn’t the first problem either with this animal.
