Morrissey Quits UK Show After Fan Threw Beer

Singer Morrissey ended his UK tour on a rather bad note after refusing to finish a show in Liverpool after a fan threw a beer at his head. Read more on this story below.

Morrissey has had a rough time with touring lately after being forced to pull out of two shows after collapsing on stage in England.

The singer was on his final leg of the UK tour and fell victim to a fan throwing a drink at him as he was performing his second song.

Morrissey was kneeling down and shaking hands with his fans at the front of the stage when a large plastic beaker of beer struck him on the head.  The singer stood up and wiped his face and then Morrissey muttered “Goodbye” into his mic and walked offstage, followed by his band.

After about 15 minutes, the crowd began booing and learned news that the concert would not be completed. But fans were promised a full refund.

Morrissey now heads to Holland to begin his European leg of his concert tour.
