Actor James Woods Suing Hospital Over Younger Brother Michael’s Death

Actor James Woods is suing a Rhode Island hospital claiming his younger brother Michael died after he received negligent medical care at their facility. Read more on James Woods’ lawsuit below.

The actor lost his younger brother Michael back in 2006 when he died at the Kent Hospital after suffering a heart attack at age 49.

James Woods is the executor of his brother’s estate and has filed a lawsuit against the hospital, with proceedings beginning in Rhode Islands’ Kent County Superior Court on Monday.

Woods’ rep did not give any further details but only said that Woods is seeking “justice” for his brother Michael.

   Makes me wonder how close JW was with this bro before he passed. JW is NOT a nice person and has a bad boy rep. I suspect his motives. Does he really have time for this or is he going to put the time in so he can have a retirement buffer? Now is he donates all proceeds…..
