Joe Francis Countersuing Jayde Nicole Saying She Threatened To Kill Him

Girls Gone Wild creator Joe Francis is hitting back at Playboy Playmate Jayde Nicole, countersuing her for the nightclub incident in which Francis accuses Jayde of threatening to kill him. Read more on Francis’ countersuit below.

Joe Francis and Jayde Nicole had a nasty altercation back in July at LA’s Guys & Dolls club, when Brody Jenner’s girlfriend Jayde reportedly suffered a “black eye, swollen face, bruised ribs” and other injuries in the incident.

Jayde Nicole filed a $1 million lawsuit against Joe Francis earlier this month claiming she suffered “utter emotional distress and humiliation” as a result of the incident.

Joe Francis is striking back at her allegations stating that Nicole “an absolute and total liar” . And now Francis is filing his own lawsuit saying Jayde Nicole was so threatening that he feared for his life. We’re sure 115 lb Jayde is really scary!

In the legal documents Francis said he was innocently walking through the crowd at club when Nicole hit him in the head and threw a drink on him, shouting, “I’m going to kill you!”

Joe said he was “startled and shocked” and was afraid he’d be hit again when he allegedly saw Jayde reach for a bottle.

Francis said he reacted by grabbing her hair “in self-defense” stating he was “in fear and apprehension of being struck a third time and that Nicole was going to carry out her threat to kill him”.

Francis does admit that Nicole fell to the ground, but claims she “lost her balance on her high heels”. Francis also accuses Hills star Brody Jenner of attacking him later that night “in a jealous rage”.

Joe Francis wants compensation for battery, assault, negligence, slander, libel and false light, after Nicole and Jenner allegedly lied to the press about the incident.

Los Angeles police are investigating the matter and going over surveillance video of the clash to see who is at fault.
