The ladies of The View announced this morning that Elisabeth Moss and Fred Armisen tied the knot over the weekend.

After being engaged for ten months, Elisabeth Moss and Fred Armisen tied the knot in New York yesterday on the one year anniversary of Jon Hamm’s SNL hosting stint, the date when the couple met.

Moss’ rep confirmed that the couple married at The Foundry in Long Island City yesterday. Moss modeled a Claire Pettibone gown in a ceremony attended by family and friends.

Whoopi Goldberg made the announcement this morning, prefacing the news with a clip of Moss on Friday’s show, being questioned by Barbara Walters as to when the impending “I do’s” would be taking place.

“You’re very warm, yes,” Moss said after being asked whether the wedding would be “soon.”

“Well, they got married yesterday,” Goldberg announced. “So congratulations to the both of them.”

Elisabeth said after her engagement earlier this year that she was working hard to keep details of her wedding plans private.

“We are sort of ridiculously private about it, but it’s going to be a very special day for us,” she told OK! magazine.

Elisabeth’s fellow Mad Men co-star Christina Hendricks also married recently.
