“The Bachelor” Jason Mesnick & Molly Malaney Are Engaged!

Jason Mesnick, the bachelor that changed his mind after the Bachelor finale choosing Molly Malaney instead of original choice Melissa Rycroft, has asked Molly to marry him in New Zealand. Read more on their engagement below.

Last year, Jason Mesnick had decided to send Molly home on the last episode of the Bachelor and chose Melissa Rycroft instead. But during the “After the Final Rose” special he had made a mistake and dumped Melissa Rycroft on television.

Mesnick and Malaney have been carrying on a long-distance relationship (he lives in Seattle, she lives in Milwaukee) went back to New Zealand so “Jason can do what he should have done in the last time he was here, and ask Molly to marry him,” says a source close to the couple.

So last night Jason Mesnick asked Molly Malaney to marry him and she said yes! Congrats to Jason and Molly on their engagement!
