6 Year-Old Evicted? (VIDEO)

Six year-old Kimberly Broffman lives with her grandparents in their retirement community home. But she may have to be removed because she is too young to live there!

Kimberly went to live with her grandparents, Jimmy and Judie Stottler, when her mother, who is a drug user, was unfit to care for her.

The Lakes Homeowners Association have said Kimberly needs to leave for many years now and that everyone must follow the rule that all residents must be 55 years of age or older.

You  may think… well why don’t the Broffman’s just move?  They are happy to move but the housing crisis has made it near impossible for them to sell their home. They have already lowered the selling  price from $225,000 to $129,000, but have had no buyer.

Sadly, a judge may send the cute little red-headed girl to live in a foster home. What do you guys think  of this story?
