Nick Prugo Charged With Two Felonies For Burglarizing Lindsay Lohan & Audrina Partridge’s Homes

The burglar that broke into Audrina Partridge and Lindsay Lohan’s homes has formally been charged with two felonies, LA prosecutors said Tuesday. Read more on this story below.

Nicolas Prugo, 18, was caught on security video breaking into actress Lindsay Lohan and reality star Audrina Partridges’ homes.

If Prugo is convicted, he will face up to six years in state prison. He was arrested last month and is free on $100,000 bail.

Prugo reportedly broke into Patridge’s house on Feb. 23 and stole more than $43,000 in jewelry and designer clothes. Prugo burglarized Lindsay Lohan’s home on Aug. 23 and took about $128,000 in jewelry, designer clothes and miscellaneous items.

Nick Prugo’s accomplices, including 19-year-old suspect Rachel J. Lee are expected to also be charged for the crime soon.
