Lindsay Lohan Plans To File Restraining Order Against Father Michael Lohan

Troubled actress Lindsay Lohan is planning to file a restraining order against her dad because she fears for her safety. Read more on why Lindsay wants the restraining order below.

Lindsay’s parents have been publicly having a war of words over their daughter Lindsay, with her father, Michael, claiming Lindsay is hooked on drugs she buys from one of Hollywood’s biggest drug dealers.

Michael Lohan even went public with his concerns on Friday, appearing on Maury Povich to plead with Lindsay to check into rehab.

Lindsay’s mother, Dina, blasted her ex-husband for discussing his family’s problems so publicly. Of course Dina went public to blast Michael for going public. This family is a mess!

Michael Lohan says he has his daughter’s best interests at heart and says legal steps need to be taken to benefit Lindsay and her younger sister Ali.

He says, “I am taking legal proactive steps, Dina. What are you doing beside lying, making excuses and putting Ali in the same position you put Lindsay in? Be a real parent, the one you were when we were married and let’s save our daughter and give her her life back.”

Michael Lohan went a tad too far and told gossip website X17 he wanted to “kidnap” his daughter and take her to an isolated location to help “get her straight”.

He said: “I’m going to see the judge this week. If I can’t get a conservatorship, then I’m going to take her to an undisclosed location and get her straight. But I know I’m going to get charged with kidnapping.”

Lindsay Lohan plans to file the restraining order to keep her father away from her.
