Britney Spears Reaches Settlement With Pap Ricardo Mendoza (Photos)

Singer Britney Spears has reportedly reached a financial settlement with the photographer, Ricardo Mendoza, who had his foot run over in 2007. Read more on the lawsuit below.

Paparazzo Rick Mendoza said his foot was completely damaged for life and that the injuries had cost him around $195,000 in damages.  But you notice he is well enough to ride a bicycle!  Hmm…

Mendoza reportedly asked Spears to give him over $220,000 after he accused her of running him over intentionally.  Rick Mendoza also stated that Spears’ minders “should have known… Britney was not in the mental, emotional and/or physical condition to operate the subject motor vehicle in a safe and reasonable manner.”

The exact details of the settlement have not been revealed.
