Lindsay Lohan Making Out With Balthazar Getty?

A Los Angeles judge has added another year to Lindsay Lohan’s probation in order for her to complete her alcohol education program.

Lindsay got off easy, especially after arriving over an hour late to her appointment after staying out until 1:30 a.m. partying at Voyeur night club and making out with Balthazar Getty.

Eyewitnesses say that Lindsay Lohan and Balthazar Getty were “all over each other” at Voyeur last Wednesday.

Lohan continued partying it up on Saturday night and headed to Teddy’s club and reportedly looked a bit worn.

“Her hair was greasy and not brushed, she wasn’t wearing any makeup, and she was smoking cigarettes inside the club every five to ten minutes,” one onlooker said.
