Lindsay Lohan Summoned To Court Friday Morning

Actress Lindsay Lohan has been ordered to appear in a Beverly Hills courtroom Friday by LA Superior Court Judge Marsha Revel. Could Lindsay have to do jail time? Read more on Lindsay’s court summons below.

Lindsay Lohan, the troubled 23 year-old actress, was placed on three years of probation in 2007 after she pleaded guilty to two counts of being under the influence of cocaine, as well as contest to two counts of drunken driving and one count of reckless driving.

Lindsay was sentenced to 24 hours in prison, 10 days of community service and ordered to complete an alcohol education program. But Lindsay only spent a total of 84 minutes in jail.

But the actress could have to go to jail due to violating the terms of her probation by not abiding by the rules of the alcohol education program. .

Lohan is supposedly supposed to go before the Los Angeles judge for a progress report, but sources say Lohan could have her probation revoked and be put behind bars.
