Talk show host Jimmy Kimmel has a new girlfriend, and she is a writer for his show! Kimmel is dating a longtime staff member of the Kimmel show named Molly McNearney. Read more on Kimmel and McNearney below.

Jimmy Kimmel, 41, had dated comic Sarah Silverman for five years and they broke up in March.

And now Kimmel has a new girlfriend, a member of staff of his ABC show.

“After Jimmy and Sarah broke up, Molly and Jimmy both found themselves single, and they clicked,” the People source said. “They’re really happy together.”

McNearney, 31, joined Kimmel’s show as an assistant to the executive producer in July 2003. Molly then began writing on the show in 2006, and was promoted to co-head writer in May 2008.

It looks as if David Letterman isn’t the only one to date his female staff!
