Emmy Rossum’s Secret Marriage & Now Divorce To Justin Siegel! (Photos)

Emmy Rossum was secretly married to record company exec Justin Siegel, who filed for divorce Friday after a year and a half of marriage. Read more on Emmy’s secret marriage and upcoming divorce below.

Emmy Rossum and Justin Siegel apparently split back in August, and E! News located their marriage license but the date was kept confidential.

But Siegel’s divorce petition stated that he and the Phantom of the Opera star married on Feb. 17, 2008. Justin Siegel is citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for their split. And Siegel is also asking for Emmy Rossum, 23, to pay his legal expenses and give him spousal support!

Rossum has already moved on and is now dating Counting Crows frontman Adam Duritz.
