Tom Brady & Gisele Bundchen Are Being Sued By Photographers

Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen are being sued by photographers who claim the couple’s bodyguards shot at them during their Costa Rican wedding. Read more on the lawsuit and incident below.

The photographers have stated they had been authorized to take pictures from a property nearby, but Tom Brady’s security guards approached the paps and demanded their camera and memory cards.

One photographer “managed to run off and escape” but the other guy said he was “grabbed by the bodyguard, his arm twisted behind him and immobilized.”

In the lawsuit that was filed today in New York, the men claim five additional men joined in against them and would not allow the captive photographer leave.

Finally the captive photog was able to go back to his SUV and pick up the other photographer but security said they had to drive to the Bundchen residence to discuss the incident further.

The men said they attempted to speed away and at that time “the Brady/Bundchen bodyguards opened fire with pistols.”

Bullets “shattered” the rear window of the SUV” and “narrowly missed striking the heads” of the photographers.

In their suit, the photographers stated that Tom Brady and pregnant model Gisele Bundchen were negligent in hiring and training the security team, and therefore allowed their guards to “discharge firearms with intent to kill or wound.”

The two men are seeking more than $1 million in damages.
