David Alan Grier Seeks Joint Custody Of Daughter

Comedian and actor David Alan Grier is seeking shared custody of his 1-year-old daughter with estranged wife Christine Kim. Read more on this story below.

According to court papers filed this week in Los Angeles, David Alan Grier, 54, is seeking joint custody of his daughter with Christine Kim, and also asking the court to deny his estranged wife spousal support.

Just last month, Christine Kim filed for divorce from the actor after two years of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences. Kim is seeking sole custody of their child, Luisa, with visitation for the actor, as well as spousal support.

A lawyer for Kim and a publicist for Grier weren’t immediately available for comment.
