Patrick Swayze Smoking Medical Marijuana
Actor Patrick Swayze has reportedly started smoking marijuana to help him in his cancer battle. Close friends of Swayze’s persuaded him to try marijuana, which has helped ease his nausea, insomnia and anxiety. Read more on Swayze below.
Since smoking the medical marijuana, Patrick Swayze has had less nausea, insomnia, and has also gained some weight.
“He’s recently gained a little weight and feels more normal that he has in months. Patrick was rapidly losing weight and feels more normal than he has in months,” a source says.
“Patrick and his brother Donnie get together almost every day and smoke a joint,” the insider added. “They have been seen smoking weed on the roof of Cedars-Sinai Medical Center while Patrick was getting a treatment.”
Swayze, 56, has been battling pancreatic cancer since January 2008.
