Nick Lachey’s new girl obviously likes dating celebrities and has previously dated singer Jesse McCartney.
A friend of Letchworth’s told RadarOnline.com: “Holly is a really beautiful and smart girl and Nick Lachey is a lucky guy. She couldn’t believe all the fuss and text me after their first date ‘I can’t believe they cannot figure out who I am?’
Holly and a friend recently moved to Los Angeles and she went on a date with Jesse McCartney after they had exchanged details but nothing came of it.
Holly is reportedly out of a long-term relationship with her boyfriend from Louisiana.
Letchworth and her friend decided to move to LA after the bar she worked at called ‘Daiquiris Supreme’ burned down in a fire.
Her friend revealed: “Holly was a really friendly bartender at Daquiris and she made a lot of money in tips from the customers. She is a really pretty girl with a nice figure and she likes to wear trendy outfits and always makes sure that she looks good. Her last boyfriend broke her heart, so, she is not looking to settle down and she is having fun hitting bars and in Los Angeles right now.”
The pal adds: “I last saw her when she returned to Louisiana after her sister had twins and we went out to a bar called Marley’s in Lafayette for a few drinks. She was in a great mood and really bubbly while telling everyone that she was really enjoying living in Los Angeles.
The friend also finds it amusing Holly is dating Lachey because Letchworth has been told she looks like Nick’s ex, Jessica Simpson.
The friend said, “Holly comes from a really grounded family and she is a very loyal person who is very sweet too.
In my most recent conversation with her she told me that she just went on a date with Nick and nothing else happened afterwards – but they are still talking so who knows?”
Lachey, 35, split with Vanessa Minillo this past month. It appears as if Nick is back to favoring blondes.

Oh my gawd this is such crap! Holly is NOT his girlfriend they just hung out. He was also seen the night before that with another girl and a night before that another girl. and tonight. You guessed it probably another one! And why would Holly say “I cant believe they cant figure out who I am.” It’s because you are nobody that everyone would know! Stop getting your friends to post your business up for you in the hopes of fame. You will surely kill your chance with Nick.

I know for a fact Holly did NOT say “I can’t believe they can’t figure out who I am.” That was made up by the tabloids to get such responses shown here. Holly is a brilliant, sweet girl and I’ve known her my entire life.
