Kelis & Her Ex Nas Welcome A Son Named Knight!! (Photos)

Singer Kelis has given birth to a baby boy! Kelis reportedly banned ex Nas from the delivery room. Some sources report it was because he had one too many glasses of champagne! Read more on this story below.
Nas announced the birth of his and Kelis’ son via video posted online this morning, “My son is born today, so shout-out to my son, Knight.” He later adds, “My son’s name is Knight. That’s what I named the young God, Knight.”
Kelis was actually supposed to be in court yesterday over her dispute with Nas over spousal and child support after their split in April. But Kelis was in labor so had to miss her court date.
There were several sites reporting Kelis banned her ex, rapper Nas, from the delivery room, with a close source to Nas revealing yesterday, “Nas is in New York City today, anxiously awaiting the arrival of his son. It was his intention to be there for the birth, but unfortunately, he has not been allowed to be present. While this is clearly heartbreaking to him, Nas continues to offer his support and love to his new baby boy and his mother.”
Congrats to Kelis and Nas on their birth of their son! Maybe the birth of their son will bring the couple back together? Stranger things have happened!

Well……I AM surprised that she pursued a divorce considering how aggressive she comes off to be particularly in HOLDING ON TO HER MAN…I mean let’s face it…if we are to believe that Nas wasn’t exactly a “loyal and committed” type of man or like to lead women on so to speak, she had a clear idea on what to expect when she married him….What’s the point?…Seemed for what it’s worth, they looked good together and seemed like they at least always came home to one another…regardless….so why now especially when finally she’s a new mother w/ HIS child would she choose this point to divorce?
