Ben Roethlisberger is facing a lawsuit brought against him by a casino employee named Andrea McNulty. Read more on Roethlisberger’s sex assault case below.

Just a week  before his training camp begins, Ben Roethlisberger is facing a civil suit which alleges he sexually assaulted Andrea McNulty.

The cvil suit alleges that Roethlisberger asked Harrah’s casino employee Andrea McNulty up to his hotel room in the casino to fix his television, then sexually assaulted her. The suit charges Roethlisberger with six different civil charges: assault, sexual assault, false imprisonment, false pretenses, fraud and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

Roethlisberger has denied all of the charges in a statement to Pro Football Talk through his lawyer, Cornwell.

“Ben has never sexually assaulted anyone; especially Andrea McNulty,” Cornwell said.

The details of the sex assault state that Andrea McNulty requested that she come to his room and fix his television set. She alleges that, after arriving at Roethlisberger’s room, she checked the television, it was not broken and that’s when she attempted to leave the room, Roethlisberger stopped her from leaving and then “grabbed [her] and started to kiss her.” The allegations then get very specific.

ProFootball Talk reported:

She claims that he pushed her onto the bed, and despite her alleged protests he “pulled her underpants off and proceeded to penetrate her.”

McNulty claims that she told him, “You don’t want to do this.” She also claims that she said, “Please don’t,” and that she told him she was not on any type of birth control.

She claims that he said in response, “Don’t worry, I’ll pull out,” which he ultimately did.

McNaulty also claims that Roethlisberger asked her about surveillance saying, “There are cameras on this room, aren’t there?” McNulty replied, “Yes, there are cameras everywhere.” McNulty then alleges that Roethlisberger became “stern” and told her, “If anyone asks you, you fixed my television. You fixed my television. Now go!”

Hmmm… sounds like Roethlisberger is in hot water!

    I think this young lady has a great case, women can not be used as toys to gratify football players no matter how good they are. It has only been a year since this transpired, good luck Andrea!
