“Burn Notice” Star Jeffrey Donovan Arrested For DUI (Photos)

The star of the cool spy show “Burn Notice”, Jeffrey Donovan,  was arrested for driving under the influence in Miami. Read more on Jeffrey Donovan’s arrest below.

Jeffrey Donovan, 41, was arrested for DUI and released a few hours later.

The Miami Beach Police Department said one of their officers noticed Donovan’s car swerve to avoid hitting his police car.  And when Donovan finally pulled over, he said, “Sorry, I didn’t see the red light or your stopped car.”

The police officer smelled alcohol on his breath and asked Jeffrey Donovan if he’d been drinking.  Donovan answered that he had some wine while at the Fountainbleau Hotel.

Donovan was given a field sobriety test and failed.  At the time he said,, “The only mistake I made tonight was drinking Benadryl with 3 glasses of wine.”

Whoops! That Benadryl and wine will get you every time!
