American Idol Judge Kara DioGuardi & Mike McCuddy Were Married

Kara DioGuardi, judge of American Idol, has married her longtime boyfriend, Mike McCuddy. Read more on Kara DioGuardi’s wedding below.

Kara DioGuardi tied the knot on Sunday in Prospect Harbor, Maine. The couple kept the guest list small, with 30 of their closest friends and relatives.

Other American Idol  judges Simon Cowell, Randy Jackson and Paula Abdul, and host Ryan Seacrest were not invited to the wedding. But Kara had a perfectly good reason not to invite them.

“I don’t think they’d appreciate an invitation to Prospect Harbor, Maine,” Kara said back in June. “I can’t really see Simon Cowell landing in Prospect Harbor. I don’t think that would happen.”

Kara and Mike McCuddy have been engaged since December.

Congrats to Kara and Mike on their marriage!
