Debbie Rowe Will Fight For Custody Of Paris & Prince Michael (Photos)

Debbie Rowe has confirmed she will fight for custody of her two children, Paris and Prince Michael. Rowe also will seek a restraining order to keep Michael’s father, Joe Jackson, away from the children. Read more on this story below.
“I want my children,” Debbie Rowe, Michael’s ex-wife told KNBC-TV in Los Angeles today.
Rowe hasn’t had much contact in the past ten years with the two children she had while married to Jackson, but she has vowed she will fight for custody, which goes against Michael’s wishes for his mother to care for them.
Rowe is said to be concerned about the guardians Jackson named for the children in his will and believes the “kids would be receptive to her.”
KNBC Los Angeles reporter Chuck Henry, spoke with Debbie Rowe Thursday morning, and confirmed she will pursue custody of Prince Michael, 12, and Paris, 11.
“She told me, ‘Yes I am stepping up… I have to.’ She will try for custody of her children,” Henry said. “And she was still very much grieving this morning and has been, she says, for the last week over the death of Michael Jackson.”
Debbie also revealed to Henry that she plans to take action to keep Joe Jackson away from his grandchildren.
“She also said she would seek some kind of restraining order if that was necessary to keep Joe Jackson, Michael Jackson’s father, away from the children,” Henry recounted.
Rowe said she was stepping up now because Michael didn’t “keep his end of the bargain.”
“When he died, that’s when she decided to do something. She told me, ‘They are my flesh and blood. I’m going after my children,’” Henry stated.
Rowe also said she would be willing to take care of Jackson’s third child so as not to split up the youngsters.
“She was very much concerned about [not splitting up the kids],” Henry added. “I pointedly asked her about that and she said she would take the child we know as Blanket, Prince Michael II, but she didn’t have any illusions that the court would award her the third child. But she said she would.”
Debbie Rowe was left out of Michael’s will, and left all his assets to the Michael Jackson Family Trust.
An attorney for Rowe plans to attend a custody hearing Monday in Los Angeles scheduled to review the order of temporary guardianship a judge granted the children’s grandmother Katherine Jackson on June 29.

ROWE IS THE ONLY FITTING CHOICE FOR CUSTODY. SHE HAS THE LEGAL ESTABLISHED CUSTODY RIGHTS IN PLACE ALREADY AND BIOLOGICAL RIGHTS. SHE WILL PREVAIL IN A COURT OF LAW. CATHERINE JACKSON IS NOT A BIOLOGICAL GRANDMOTHER AND DIANA ROSS HAS NO RIGHTS. FOR GOD’S SAKE — YOU CAN’T WILL CHILDREN. HELLO — EARTH CALLING.

I just feel bad for the kids. Jackson killed himself with drugs…so be it. Sad but true. But these kids have lived in the madness of his world and now need normalcy of some kind while they deal with all this. I suspect Rowe’s interest in getting custody of the children she never bothered to see or contact grew stronger as soon as it because clear that there would be some $500 million or so AFTER Michael’s debts are paid. It’s always about the money.

HOW DO YOU FIGURE ROWE IS THE ONLY FITTING CHOICE. THOSE KIDS DON’T EVEN KNOW HER. JUST BECAUSE SHE GAVE BIRTH TO THEM DON’T MAKE HER A MOTHER. WAS SHE THERE FOR THE TEARS, MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT CRIES, FRIST DAY OF SCHOOL, FRIST STEPS ETC.. SHE MAY PREVAIL IN COURT, BUT DOES THAT MAKE IT THE RIGHT CHOICE.

Okay,
Plain and simple, they will never have normal lives, no matter who raises them. How could they? But, Debbie is all about finacial gain. If Michael hadn’t died she wouldn’t have surfaced. And what deal did he break? What; he promised not to die and caused her all this unwanted publicity?
