Police To Question Michael Jackson’s Personal Physician Dr. Conrad Robert Murray

Police are anxious to question the doctor, Dr. Conrad Robert Murray, that was with Michael Jackson at the time of his cardiac arrest yesterday.  Jackson’s doctor supposedly went “missing” but Dr. Murray has reportedly returned to Los Angeles to face police questioning. Police investigators are anxious to interview Michael Jackson’s personal doctor after Jackson’s family believe Michael died of a prescription drug overdose.

Michael Jackson had reportedly been receiving injections of Demerol, and may have been given too much.. which could have led to cardiac arrest.

Many reports state that Dr. Conrad Robert Murray actually lived with Michael Jackson and gave Jackson daily injections of Demerol.

A recording of the 911 emergency call made it clear Jackson was not breathing or responding to CPR when it was made.

The caller said he needed an ambulance “as soon as possible” and that only Jackson’s personal doctor was with him when he went into cardiac arrest.

During the call to the Los Angeles Fire Department the man said: “Sir, we have a gentleman here that needs help and he’s not breathing.

“He’s not breathing and we’re trying to pump him, but he’s not … he’s not breathing. He’s not conscious, sir.”

Michael Jackson 911 Call released:

Jackson’s body was flown by helicopter from the hospital to the LA coroner’s office for the autopsy.

Michael Jackson’s autopsy is being done by Lakshmanan Sathyavagiswaran, a star witness in the O.J. Simpson trial.

Brian Oxman, a lawyer for the Jackson family, said the singer’s relatives had been concerned about his health for some time.

“Michael appeared at rehearsals a couple of times, he was very seriously trying to be able to do those rehearsals,” he said.

“His use of medications had gotten in the way. His injuries which he had sustained performing, where he had broken a vertebra and he had broken his leg from a fall on the stage, were getting in the way.”

Police interviewed Murray Thursday night, but have not been able to reach him since then. The investigators said it was a standard part of the investigation interview the attending physician.

“A doctor has yet to sign to the Jackson death certificate,” said LAPD spokesman Richard French. “Part of the investigation involves interviewing the attending physician.”

Jackson’s brother Jermaine said Thursday night at a press conference that the singer’s doctor had tried to resuscitate him.

“His personal physician, who was with him at the time, attempted to resuscitate my brother, as did the paramedics who transported him to Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center,” Jermaine Jackson said in the announcement that confirmed Michael Jackson, 50, had died.

Dr. Murray’s vehicle was towed from Michael Jackson’s home last night as part of the investigation.”
The vehicle Dr. Murray was using is registered to his sister, Susan Rush.

TMZ reports that We have just learned Dr. Conrad Robert Murray is now back in Los Angeles and preparing to speak to investigators about Michael Jackson’s death.
