Jarret Stoll Calls Off Engagement To Rachel Hunter Weeks Before Wedding!

Professional hockey player Jarret Stoll reportedly called off his engagement to Rod Stewart’s ex and model Rachel Hunter… just weeks before their wedding. Read more on heartbroken Rachel below.

The Daily Mail reported that Jarret Stoll called off the engagement seven weeks before they were set to marry, emailed wedding guests by email.

Stoll, the Canadian hockey star, 27, did not give a reason for calling off the wedding to Hunter.

“She is absolutely devastated,” Rachel Hunter’s friend told The Sun, who first reported the split. “Everything was in place for their wedding — she had the venue, the designer dress, the guest list. She has absolutely no idea why Jarret has done this. It sounds like it could be a classic case of cold feet. He is a fair bit younger than her.”

Jarret Stoll is 12 years younger than Rachel Hunter. The couple dated two years and became engaged last year. Their wedding was planned for August with a guest list including celebrities such as Sharon Stone and Michelle Pfeiffer.

Hunter, 39, was previously married to singer Rod Stewart, 64. Hunter was 21 when they married in 1990. They split after nine years of marriage, and actually divorced in 2006.

It makes you wonder what caused Stoll to call off the wedding?
