Ryan O’Neal & Ailing Farrah Fawcett Finally Getting Married! (Photos)

Longtime Loves Ryan O’Neal and Farrah Fawcett are finally getting married!  Read more on their plans and Farrah’s condition now below.

Ryan O’Neal sat down with Barbara Walters in a new interview and revealed he will finally marry Farrah.

“I’ve asked her to marry me, again, and she’s agreed,” O’Neal, 68, tells Barbara Walters in an exclusive interview on ABC’s “20/20.”

O’Neal and Farrah have been together since 1980, and “will” wed “as soon as she can, say yes … Maybe we can just nod her head.”

“I promise you, we will,” he told Walters. “Absolutely.”

Farrah Fawcett has battled anal cancer for several years, and now the actress, 62, is “fighting for her life.”

And what will the they wear on their wedding day?  O’Neal joked he would dress “like a gigolo. You know? And a little thin mustache and slicked-back hair. I don’t know. We have fun, we tease about that.”

“I used to ask her to marry me all the time,” O’Neal tells Walters in the interview that will air on Friday. “But … it just got to be a joke, you know. We just joked about it.”

Ryan and Farrah have a son Redmond, 23, who is currently in rehab following previous drug convictions.
