Mia Farrow’s Brother Patrick Farrow (Photo) Found Dead: Police Confirm Suicide

Actress Mia Farrow’s brother, Patrick Farrow, was found dead in his art gallery, and police now say Patrick Farrow committed suicide. Read more on Patrick Farrow’s death below.

Sculptor Patrick Farrow, 66, was found late Monday after responding to an emergency call from the Farrow Gallery in Castleton, a small town near the New York border. A woman called asking for help, possibly his wife, Susan Farrow.

Lt. Timothy Oliver called Farrow’s death suspicious in a written statement made on Tuesday. Oliver, who didn’t respond to telephone calls on the case, told WPTZ-TV that police don’t suspect foul play, but he said there were some things out of the ordinary at the scene but did not elaborate.

Police now say that Patrick Farrow killed himself, Vermont State Police and a spokeswoman for the actress have confirmed.  Farrow died of a single gunshot wound to the head.

“The family of Patrick Farrow is grieving the tragic loss of their beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle who sadly chose to take his own life,” a rep for the actress said in a statement.

Patrick Farrow is a professional sculptor and has been for over 35 years. He is the owner of Farrow Gallery that sells jewelry and other art. The gallery is owned and operated by Patrick and his wife, Susan Farrow.
