Singer Kenny Rankin Dies Of Lung Cancer (Photos)

Singer/songwriter Kenny Rankin has died at age of 67 of lung cancer. Read more on Kenny Rankin’s life and death below.

Rankin died on Sunday at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center of lung cancer.

Kenny Rankin’s career spanned 50 years with him working with such music greats as Bob Dylan, Peggy Lee, and Mel Torme. Rankin was a talented songwriter but also had a singing career of his own.

Rankin is survived by his son Chris Rankin, daughters Chanda Rankin and Jena Rankin-Ray and a granddaughter.

Rankin’s funeral arrangements are pending.
