Designer Lloyd Klein Beats the Crap Out Of A Dude While Butt-Naked

Lloyd Klein is involved in a lawsuit that claims Klein put the beat down on David Pearce while drunk and naked. Read more on this crazy story below.

David Pearce, a former friend of Lloyd Klein’s, says he was attacked when he went to get his keys from Klein’s home in Los Angeles.

Pearce stated that Lloyd was “completely naked and appeared intoxicated” and would not return the keys. A fight began and Pearce said Klein threw a vase at him, shoved him down the stairs, and then hit him with an iron candlestick. WTF?

Pearce’s lawsuit said he suffered hand fractures that required surgery. Pearce is suing Klein for assault, battery, and emotional distress.

Of course there are two sides to every story and Klein issued a statement to TMZ saying:

Mr. Klein woke up to a crazed Dave Pearce who had broken into Klein’s garage taken a ladder out and then climbed onto Mr. Klein’s second floor balcony and intruded into Mr. Klein’s bedroom. He kept screaming at Mr. Klein in a drunken slur to give him back his keys. Mr. Klein could not convince Pearce that he did not have his keys. After 10 minutes of trying to get Pearce out of his home, Mr. Klein threatened to call the police and demanded that he leave. Pearce finally complied.

Wow! Two totally different stories… who is telling the truth?
