Freaky Music Producer Phil Spector Sentenced To 19 Years To Life For Murder

Music producer Phil Spector was sentenced on Friday for 19 years to life for the murder of actress Lana Clarkson. Read more on Phil Spector’s case below.

A judge in Los Angeles ordered a 15 year term for the second-degree murder of actress, Lana Clarkson, who was shot in the mouth six years ago at Phil Spector’s home.

The judge ordered an additional four years for personal use of a gun. Spector was also ordered to pay funeral expenses ($16,811) and a state victim’s restitution fund ($9,740).

Spector’s attorney asked that he be immediately transferred from a county jail to a state prison. No reports as to what prison Spector will be sent to yet.
