ER Actress Parminder Nagra Gives Birth To A Son (Photos)

ER actress Parminder Nagra and her husband, photographer James Stenson, have welcomed a son named Kai David Singh Stenson. Read more about Parminder Nagra’s baby boy below.

Parminder Nagra gave birth to her son May 19.

“Mother, daddy, and baby are all doing great,” says the rep.

Producers of ER decided to incorporate Nagra’s pregnancy in some final episodes.

“We were trying to juggle how that was going to work because she [was] starting to show,” ER executive producer John Wells said at the time. “What seemed sort of tragic at first … when we talked about it … there was a tremendous feeling of, ‘Oh, there’s this one [story] that we haven’t done,’ so it’s actually very exciting.”

Parminder Nagra 33, and Stenson, 34, announced the pregnancy in December and the couple married the following month after seven years together.

Parminder played Dr. Neela Rasgota on NBC’s medical drama ER.
