Michael Jackson was reportedly diagnosed with skin cancer last month, but is expected to make a full recovery. Read more on Jackson below.

Jackson’s doctors discovered spots of skin cancer on Michael’s upper body and precancerous cells on his face during a routine checkup.

“Michael’s tests showed spots of skin cancer on his body, and cells which could turn to skin cancer on his face,” a source told Britain’s The Sun. “He was at first very concerned, but says he has been assured by the doctors that they can treat this and he will recover.”

Jackson has had many skin conditions and was diagnosed with vitiligo over 20 years ago. This disease affects skin pigmentation and is allegedly responsible for the singer’s pale look.

Michael is upbeat and excited about his  50 concert tour O2 Arena in London, kicking off this July.

“Michael is really looking forward to his concerts and is determined to wow his fans at each and every gig.”

“He said he’s insisted that any treatment must fit around the concerts, and the show will go on,” the source added.

Michael Jackson has been seen making regular visits to a dermatologist in Beverly Hills.

why is everyone being so horrible?! how can he be using it as an excuse? if he were using it as an excuse he would have announced it ages ago- not just let some “source” tell a dodgy british tabloid
i hope this is all just a rumour an if it isnt then i hope he makes a full recovery

I thought that most skin cancer was caused by exposure to sun..I haven’t seen Michaels face for years..much less the rest of him..It doesn’t sound true!..And who reported it..was it Michael?
