Former Survivor winner Richard Hatch has been released from federal prison after serving four years for tax evasion. Read more on Richard Hatch below.
Richard Hatch, 48, was convicted January 2006 for failing to pay taxes on his $1 million prize he won on the reality show, “Survivor”.
Hatch left a federal prison in West Virginia on Monday, after being released early for good behavior.
Hatch will live in a halfway house in Pennsylvania until Oct. 7, said Carla Wilson, a spokeswoman for the Northeast Regional office of the Bureau of Prisons.
Richard became known as “the fat, naked guy” on Survivor, and has said all along he thought the producers of the show would handle his taxes. Of course CBS denies these claims.
When sentenced to 51 months behind bars in 2006, Hatch shook hands with his lawyers and yelled out to family members, “See you later, Mom.”
Maybe Hatch enjoyed his time behind bars being someone’s bitch? What do you think?
